Terms and conditions for service use
Shinkansen Weekender Supply (hereinafter "the Company") provides sales services for travel accessories specialized for Shinkansen travel and weekend trips. These terms define the conditions for using our services.
By using our services, customers are deemed to have agreed to these terms of service. If you cannot agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. Minors must obtain parental consent before use.
Account registration is required to use some services. Please provide accurate and up-to-date registration information and update promptly when changes occur. Account management is the customer's responsibility, and please manage appropriately to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
Product orders are accepted through our website, phone, or email. Order cancellation after confirmation is only possible before product shipment. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, etc. Prices are displayed including tax, and shipping costs are charged separately.
Products are delivered to your specified address or station locker. Delivery period is usually 3-7 business days but may vary depending on the product and destination. Station locker pickup service is limited to eligible stations with a 3-day storage period.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of product arrival, limited to unused and unopened products. For returns due to customer reasons, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For defective products or shipping errors, we will exchange at our expense.
Intellectual property rights for text, images, logos, trademarks, etc. posted on this site belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, republication, or distribution is prohibited. Customers may use this site only within the scope of personal use.
The following activities are prohibited: acts that violate laws and regulations, acts that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties, provision of false information, unauthorized access to systems, use for commercial purposes, and other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company. If these activities are confirmed, service use may be suspended.
The Company is not responsible for damages caused by service interruptions, errors, virus infections, etc., except as stipulated by law. The Company also cannot be held responsible for troubles that arise between customers and third parties.
The Company may change, add, or delete service content with prior notice. We may also temporarily suspend or terminate services due to unavoidable circumstances. The Company is not responsible for any damages to customers resulting from these actions.
Customer personal information is handled appropriately according to our separately defined Privacy Policy. We use personal information within the scope necessary for service provision and do not provide it to third parties without customer consent.
